Certificate of no criminal record

Do you need a certificate of no criminal record in Warsaw or Gdansk? We can help! 

The procedure for obtaining a clear criminal record certificate is very simple: 

• You come to our office in Warsaw or Gdansk 

• You sign a standard power of attorney for obtaining a no criminal record certificate in the name of our employee 

• You pay the state fee for processing the power of attorney, we print the payment confirmation 

• We fill out the no criminal record certificate form, and you sign it in our office 

• We pay the court fee 

• Our employee goes to the court to process the clear criminal record certificate 

• When the order is ready, the manager informs you about it and coordinates the delivery method. The InPost courier delivery service to your home or to the nearest parcel machine costs 50 PLN. You can generate an InPost shipping label or QR code yourself, send them to us, and we will send the documents to your home or to the nearest parcel machine (in this case, the service is free). 

You don’t need to visit any government agencies yourself and waste time in queues. We will do everything for you, and you can focus on other important things in the meantime. 

Why you might need a no criminal record certificate:

A criminal record certificate in Poland (Zaświadczenie o niekaralności) may be needed in various situations. 

• For employment in Poland (for example, for taxi drivers, heavy vehicle drivers, when applying for a position where you need to prove the absence of a criminal record) 

• In case of participation in European tenders, you are often required to prove that the management of the applicant company has not been involved in any illegal affairs 

• For employment outside Poland and obtaining a work visa
