Apostille of Ukrainian documents in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic and other countries, Apostille in Ukraine

For the citizens of Ukraine, living in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic and other European countries, the following legalization services of Ukrainian documents, without the necessity of personal attendance, are available at NotaBene. We accept orders by post and online, discuss over the phone or in messengers, and send ready documents by the courier service across Poland and Europe.

There is no need for you to visit our offices in Poland, let alone Ukraine — we aim to make the entire procedure as convenient as it gets:

  1. Contact us by phone + 48 660 403 263 in Warsaw or +48 696 469 083 in Gdańsk (you can also write to these phone numbers in messengers — Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp) or email biuro@notabeneby.com, gdansk@notabenepoland.pl, describe your request, and send a scanned copy of the document that needs to be Apostilled in Ukraine. Our managers speak Ukrainian, Polish, Belarusian, Russian, English, and German for your convenience.
  2. We will confirm whether your order can be handled, have your approval of the cost and the tentative deadline.
  3. Documents that need to be Apostilled can be brought to our Polish office in downtown Warsaw at: (Aleja Jana Pawła II, 11,  Office 411,) or Gdańsk (ul. Heweliusza 11, 6th floor, Office 619)

If you live in a different city or country, you can send documents by any courier service to our Warsaw address. Along with the documents, be sure to enclose a copy of your passport (or the passport of the person whose documents will be requested or legalized in Ukraine), and also please indicate your contact details.

Make a down payment of the amount agreed with the manager. Various payment methods are available, including by a card issued by a foreign bank (including German, Czech, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, etc.) or using the Stripe payment service.

4. NotaBene specialists in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Kyiv will complete the necessary steps to process your order — they will send documents to Ukraine, receive certificates of no criminal record, request duplicate birth certificates, archive transcripts, court rulings, etc. Where necessary, they will have them notarized or have an Apostille stamp affixed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Education.

5. Our specialists will then transfer the documents you require back to our Polish office. We will send you a message that the work has been completed, attach a photo of the required documents, and perform their sworn translation into Polish if you request it.

6. The only thing left is for you to pick your order. You can do this in person at our offices in Warsaw or Gdańsk. We can also send your documents to your address as agreed with you (normally via an InPost Paczkomat across Poland or DHL across Europe).

*Please note that we have insured our professional liability and business reputation for PLN 200,000, so in the unlikely case we lose or damage your documents as we work with them, you will be entitled to compensation for both material and moral damage.
