Extract from the National State Court Register (KRS)
Do you need to obtain an extract from KRS (National Court Register) in Warsaw, Gdansk, or any other city in Poland? NotaBene Agency can help!
You don’t have to come to our office!
We work with clients from all over Poland, and you don’t need to visit our office to order a KRS extract, translation, or apostille.
All you need to do is:
- Contact us and provide the name of the legal entity for which the extract is required.
- Inform our manager if you need an apostille on this extract.
- You confirm the order, the manager sends you the details required for advance payment and asks you to send a payment confirmation. After payment is completed, the order is considered accepted and we start handling it.
- When the order is ready, the manager will notify you and coordinate the delivery method. InPost courier delivery service to your home or the nearest parcel machine costs 50 PLN.
You can generate an InPost shipping label or QR code yourself, send them to us, and we will send the documents to your home or the nearest parcel machine (this service is free).
You can do everything online, and all you have to do is receive the complete order.
Why obtain a physical extract from the National Court Register:
An extract from the KRS (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) can be obtained online in electronic form. However, various authorities quite often require this extract with an apostille. An apostille can only be attached to a hard copy of the extract.
You don’t have to visit any government agencies yourself to obtain an extract or apostille. We will do everything for you while you take care of other important things.
